Press L + R at the main menu to unlock the cheat menu:

CODE      EFFECT AND ADDITIONAL ACTIVATION WORK

MIDAS     Midas mode:
          Begin the game in "Get A Life Mode", get into the hot tub with the
          girl, then press START to pause game play. Select "Quit", followed
          by "Just Quit". This mode unlock all two-player games, all locked
          objects, and all locked skins.

FREEALL   Free mode:
          All objects will now cost 0 Simoleans.
          Note: You will not be able to sell any items for money. This has no
          effect on the cost of paying for bills and other services. This code
          may cause some problems with saved games.

PARTY M   Party Motel mode:
          The "Party Motel" two-player game will now be unlocked under the
          bonus section in "Get A Life Mode".

SIMS      Play The Sims Mode unlocked

FISH EYE  First person view (Toggle with the X button)
