Cheat:

 You can leave out missions by doing the following: press [ALT]-[O]
 in the cockpit to go to the options menu, choose GAMEPLAY and then
 CONTINUE. The computer now begins in the next mission.
HexCheat:

 Buy as many rockets and bombs as you can carry. Save teh game. Now
 load the savegame into the hex editor and change the offset 190hex
 to 00. Now the purchase has been cancel, but only the financial part
 of it.
