Cheats

Cheats:

 TECHNO          = Experimental PQZ
 STORMWIND       = Stormwind - The Elemental
 UNKNOWN         = TX SilverCloud
 ENEMY           = Captured U-Fighter
 WEIRD           = Foodship Nine
 STEALTH         = Ninja Star

 DESTRUCT        = Increase speed and you will be teleported to
                   a game called Destruct.

 The following key combination can be used during the flight:

 [F2]+[F6]+[F7] = Ends the current level
 [F2]+[F3]+[F6] = God mode

 Money cheat:

 Start the game not with TYRIAN but with

 FILE0001 LOOT                 (LOOT in capital letters)

 and do NOT press [Enter]. Instaed hold down the [Alt] key and type
 254 on the external number pad. Now release the [Alt] key and press
 [Enter].

 Now start the normal game and you should have a bunch of cash.

 Another one:

 Start the game and wait until you get to the main screen. Then type
 TECHNO and choose the episode you want to start with (now you're in
 the super arcade mode ).
 Start the setup of Tyrian and select detail level. Now type a [W]
 (wild mode).

FunCheat:

 Press [5] many times after you have beaten the computer some times
 in the extra game Destruct. Now you will see the following letters
 in the weapons display: TENGAGETrace...

 After you have typed TENGAGE on the title screen, the colors will
 change and the screen will be distorted and you get a message
 that announces a new skill LORD OF THE GAME.
 Be ready for Super Tyrian.

 In the Tyrian Setup Jukebox, you can press

 [S] to change the star pattern,
 [/] to change the list of songs,
 [.] to go up or down in the sound list, and
 [;] to play the sound.
