Push the corresponding button at the vehicle selection screen.

 C-DOWN    Punisher truck
 C-UP      4x4 Monster truck
 C-LEFT    Thunderbolt truck
 C-RIGHT   The Crusher truck

TRACKS
======================================================================
Enter the codes at the track selection screen. An air wrench sound
will confirm correct code entry.

El Cajon track   Hold UP and press L + R.  Highlight the El Paso
                 track and press Z + A to start.

Flagstaff track  Hold LEFT and press L.  Highlight the Mojave track
                 and press Z + A to start.

Guadalupe track  Hold DOWN and press R.  Highlight the Vegas track
                 and press Z + A to start.
