At the arcade mode character select screen, hold down & left, then press B & Start Level Select

At the arcade mode character select screen, hold down+left, next press and hold A+C, then release all four buttons and select a character 9 Continues

 During 'Select Player' press [1] - [8] (on the main keyboard) to
 select level.

In vs mode while you win and the words "xxx wins" appears press pause
then the Left Shift Button. A short Cut select mode should appear. You
can now select fighters without loading.
