THE SOLUTION TO 'GUILD OF THIEVES' by Math Claessens
Corrected 14/3/88 The Lamp opus
Being one of the first people to eventually solve "The Pawn"
(back in December 1986), I have spent many an hour to solve the
new Rainbird adventure "Guild of Thieves" as well. As a world
exclusive for ST NEWS, you'll hereby be able to read it: With
this solution, you will be able to get ALL the points and see ALL
the pictures (some very nice ones are there).
I have to thank Richard and Frank for re-playing the adventure
with my solution, and for making it a bit more extended
(locations, pictures, etc.). They've spent quite some time doing
that...
One final remark: There is a small bug in "Guild of Thieves".
Sometimes, if you use for example 'Go to Temple', the program
replies with 'I would not know where to start searching for the
office door' or something like that. In a case like that, just
type in the command anew until it is correctly performed.
