It's well known that a lot of players in CM3 have random attributes and
abilities. CM3 has 3 types of random players; completely random, high
random, and world-class random. This FAQ is a guide to the best of them.
None of these players are guaranteed to be great, but they have a better
chance than most.

All numerical values (except dates) are given as a star value, denoted
by '*'. In the case where no stars are elligible, a zero(0) will be given.
A lot of numerical data used within the game is randomised, so these
