3. The FAQ

Object of Simtown: To create a prosperous town with a big population.

To start the game, click on Create a new town and pick a difficulty level.

To build things like buildings and roads, click on the top five things in the
tool bar.

Now you must remember that everything in Simtown is based around little
squares.

In the terrain bar (the icon with the picture of the road) you can build all
of these:

Road
640 gallons of water
Builds a 8x8 piece of road on the land. If you build two that touch they will
automatically connect.

Bike Path
40 gallons of water
Builds a 2x2 piece of a bike path on the land. As with the road, if you build
two that touch, they will connect.

Large Pond
540 gallons of water
Builds a 9x6 lake. This can hardly be called large if it is only the size of
a block of road!?

Grass
10 gallons of water
A little patch of grass that covers one square. To add a lot of these at
once, just hold shift before you click, and then move the mouse out to
create a large area covered in grass.
