Walk as close as you can to a wall and drop a weapon. Since the weapon has no room to drop on the floor it falls back into the inventory, but with more ammo than before.

To get rid of these hands and suckers, use the MPCLIP and go through a wall, these nasty beasts cannot go through the wall, but attention the beasts are still alive
