On the title screen press [LEFTALT] [RIGHTALT] and the Menu button on the mouse all at once. If you watch the scrolling text to the end then it will tell you that [F1] will cycle through the mini-guns, [F2] will cycle through the rocket launchers and [F3] will restore your energy.
