Edit the file config.ini from the "Run" folder and add the following line to the section "key bindings" bindc +DIK_GRAVE (console_showhide)

Now open the console in the game by pressing the [~] key. Activate the cheat mode by typing in sv_cheats 1

Now the following codes can be used (All 0/1 means 0 = Off, 1 = On):
