Updates Black Thorn to v2.61. Fixes a kit restriction bug moving from Lone Wolf multiplayer to other multiplayer games. Fixes a bug in which Lone Wolf hosts can accidentally select Dual Wolves. Fixes a skin error in a custom mission in the Chop Shop
