Enable/Disable All-Seeing Cheat - Play with open cards

At the Main Menu Screen navigate to the "options" button and press and hold L (Left
Shoulder button) and press R (Right Shoulder Button) to enable All-Seeing Cheat to Play with open
cards. Repeat to disable it again.
